	Vitual Reality Spin 15 Classes a day - that's more classes a day than most clubs offer a week. Through the day and evening a virtual instructor will guide and motivate you around a series of courses of varying intensities from 20-60 minutes.
	Personal Trainers The highly trained professionals from 'TTR PT' initially show you what's what, then are available for writing specific programmes, motivating you and helping you achieve your goals.

All memberships are completed online and all payments are by Debit or Credit Card and Direct Debit, to save you time and money. For your security and to provide this service at these prices we cannot accept cash, cheques or any payment at the Club - everything is though the web.
